The 1st Budapest International Conference on Education (BICE 2024) will be held in Budapest, Hungary on November 28-30, 2024.

Important dates
  • Deadline for abstract submission: 31st of July
  • Decision on submissions: 31st of August
  • Deadline for full-text submission: 20th of October
  • Registration: 27th of October
Registration fee

The Organizing Committee of BICE2024 has decided to not charge registration fees during the 2024 conference due to the high number of participating doctoral students.

Overview

The Budapest International Conference on Education aims to focus on contemporary teaching and learning parctices, including a historic approach to the evolution of curriculum design and methodology.

Ethics

In ethical questions, BICE follows the international standards of the Committee for Publishing Ethics (COPE).

Goals

Our goal is to create a conference which provides a platform for discussion on the challenges and innovations in education.

Participation options

It is possible to participate with an academic or a poster presentation.

Online participation

With an academic presentation it is possible to participate online on the 30th of November.

Review process

The academic articles submitted to the proceedings book will undergo a single blind review process.

Outcomes

A peer-reviewed conference proceedings book will be published online before the conference, and the highest quality articles will be published in a hard copy proceedings book shortly after the conference. Each article will be provided with a DOI. We intend to submit our proceedings book to Scopus on the long run, possibly after the 2025 conference.
